How quickly can you arrange a survey?
We offer same-day and next-day survey appointments throughout Sheffield and South Yorkshire, subject to availability. Call before midday for same-day surveys. Emergency appointments can be arranged outside normal hours for urgent situations.
Do you charge for surveys?
Property surveys start from £250. This includes a comprehensive site inspection, photographic documentation, RICS-compliant written report, and treatment recommendations. The survey cost is deductible from treatment costs if you proceed with our services.
What areas do you cover?
We cover all of Sheffield and South Yorkshire including Rotherham, Barnsley, Doncaster, Chesterfield, and surrounding areas. Contact us to confirm coverage for your specific location.
Can I send photos for initial identification?
Yes, you can email photos to info@sheffieldknotweed.co.uk. While photos can provide initial guidance, accurate identification and risk assessment require a professional site survey. We’ll advise whether a survey is necessary based on your photos.
